How Can I Start Meditating?
Meditation is a simple yet powerful practice that can help reduce stress, increase focus, and promote inner peace. If you’re interested in starting a meditation practice but don’t know where to begin, here are some tips to get you started:
Find a quiet and comfortable space
Choose a quiet and comfortable space where you won’t be disturbed. You can sit on a cushion or chair with your back straight and hands resting on your knees.
